Account informatin: Ensof uploads users' primary account information Name, Email address and profile picture to Ensof’s backend at https://ultimate-rpg.com hosted with AWS. The information is stored for the sole purpose of associating the game progress and in app purchases to the specific user and is not disclosed to any third party. The information is transfered only using secured protocol such as HTTPS and stored using industry syandard password protected data solutionsin our hosted cloud environment. The user name and Email address are stored indefinitely unless specifically requested to be deleted by the user (how to delete account)
Action Prompts: We store user-specific game progress including the users’ action prompt inputs on the backend servers (hosted within a cloud solution). These prompts are used to maintain game progress over multiple logins.
Feedback Inputs: Users may provide feedback within the app which is uploaded to the backend servers. This feedback is used to improve our services and enhance user experience.
Crash and error events: App crashes or errors incurred as part of the user’s interaction with the app are stored in the backend servers as well to allow bug fixes and enhancement of user experience.

Data Security

Ensof Adventures employs industry-standard security measures to protect users' personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use encryption protocols to safeguard data transmitted between the app and our servers. Our backend is hosted in one of the industry leading cloud providers. All data is transfered using secured protocols such as HTTPS and is stored using industry standard data stores and databases and is always password protected.

Data Retention

We retain users' personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Once the information is no longer required, it is securely deleted from our systems.
